He is survived by: his spouse Karen Pleasant; his mother Gloria Casselberry of Poplar Bluff, MO; his children, Lonnie Mazzeo of Houston, TX, Casey Casselberry and Kara Casselberry; his grandchildren, Corey and Brittany; and his brothers, Jeff Casselberry (Michelle) of Dexter, MO and David Casselberry (Lori) of Malden, MO.
