He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rushing; his children, Jennifer Rang of Jacksonville, FL and Kenny Koch of Poplar Bluff; and his sisters, Ida Jupp of Orange, CA and Mary Payne of Ellsinore. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
