He is survived by: his parent Geraldean Smith (Hert); his spouse Brenda Stroud; his children, Pennie Ethridge (Richard), Frankie Cleaveland (Andrew) and William F. Smith II; his wife Juli of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Hannah Morry (Joey), Cody Cleaveland, Katelyn Cleaveland and Drew Cleaveland; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Kaston and Oakley; his siblings, Donna Forsythe, Terry Smith of Poplar Bluff and Rodney Smith of Poplar Bluff; and his child Clayton Avenue.
