He is survived by: his spouse Pamela Wallace (Dobbs); his children, Holly Rucker (Tommy), Misty Wallace and Kevin Wallace; his siblings, Paul Wallace (Sherry), Sharon Davidson and Paula Mosley; his grandchildren, Shyanne Wallace and Tommy Joe Rucker Jr.; and his great grandchild Joshua Bostic Davis Jr..
