He is survived by: his spouse Sue Blue; his daughters, Heather Easterday (George), Shannon Scott and Jami Belew; his grandchildren, Kody Scott, Wyatt Easterday, Tucker Ham, Hunter Ham, Slater Ham and Kelci Scott; his cousin Darcy Kennedy (Gary); and his sisters-in-law, Dianne Phillips (Bob) and Linda O'Donnell (Dennis).
