He is survived by: his parents, Gene McCallister Jr. and Jeanette Yates (Emerson); his children, Aron Lawrence, Austin Lawrence, Caitlynn Thurman and Tyler Lawrence; his grandchildren, Dawson, Jackson, Jace Lawrence and Sophia Thurman; and his siblings, Cheryl Mercer, Phillip Lawrence, Christina Lawrence, Melissa McCallister, Shelly McCallister, Brandy McCallister and Gene McCallister.
