He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian V. Dunlap; his parents, Alvin Allen and Sylvia Allen; his siblings, Clifford Allen, Norman Allen, Arthur Allen, Dale Allen, Roy Allen, Ray Allen, Audrey Ortega, Mary Dunlap and Sharon Davidson; and his grandchild Nicolette Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Allen of West Plains, Glenda Abbott of Grayslake, Rhonda Johnson of Grayslake and Craig Allen (Merry) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his siblings, Sylvia Childs, Wilma Allen, Geraldine Luechtefeld, Vernon Allen and Marvin Allen; his grandchildren, Sonya Turner, Michael Allen, Kristen, Timothy Abbott, Faith and Devon Allen; his great grandchildren, Trey, Cole Turner and Brynna Allen; and his close friend Fay Biggs.
