He was predeceased by: his parents, William Denney and Inez Romine Denney; and his brother Harry Denney. He is survived by: his former wife Laura Smith; his wife Ada Hicks; and his sons, Charles Denney (Maxine), Richard Denney and Dale Denney (Joyce) of Poplar Bluff. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
