He is survived by: his children, Jeff Gipson of Poplar Bluff, MO, Aaron England (Sonia), Shanna Thornton (Greg) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Scott Gipson (Alanna) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Kierra Thornton, Jaleel Gipson, Justin Gipson, Erin England, Jordan Gipson and Svannah Gipson; and his siblings, Barbara Williams of Killeen, TX, Gerry Rigney of Poplar Bluff, MO, Angela Cabot of Colorado Springs, CO, Earleta Shaw of Poplar Bluff, MO, Gail Fisher of South Carolina, Gerry Brown of Detroit, MI, Brenda Blackman of Detroit, MI, Alvrina Hailey of Detroit, MI, Alesia Jordan of Detroit, MI and Wesley Lewis (Jacqueline) of Poplar Bluff, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
