It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Becker (Poplar Bluff, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patti McCracken Becker of Kansas; his parents, Coulton M. Becker and Grace Dulaney Becker; his siblings, Edward, William, John and Dr. Caroline Long; and his nephew Robert Coulton Becker.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Becker of St. Louis and Brian Becker (Toni) of Northeast Arkansas; his daughter-in-law Pam Howard Becker of Williamsville; his grandchildren, Kaylin (Adam), Andrea (Jeff), Coulton, Benjamin and Jackson; his great grandchild Sloane; his sister Elizabeth Brackett of Hamilton, NY; and his son Bob. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cardinals Legacy Foundation for Baseball, an organization he helped his son Brian start to give area youth an opportunity for college recruitment and scholarships through baseball.
