He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. "Cobb" Johnson and Clara E. "Betty" Johnson; and his brother Phillip Mark. He is survived by: his siblings, Susanne Johnson of Dallas, TX., William Franklin "Bill" Johnson (Lois Ann) of Great Bend, KS., John Robert Johnson (Janice) of Hollister, MO. and David Allen Johnson (Brenda) of Colcord, OK.. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
