She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Cunningham and Flossie Verda Cunningham; her sons, Jerry Lee Bernal, Richard C. Bernal Jr. and Ronald E. Bernal; and her siblings, Kenneth Bagwell, Vera Mae Arnold and Shirley Walden.
She is survived by : her sister Patricia Sedrick Krapf of Farmington; her grandchildren, John Bernal, Kari Holtman (Jim), Richard Bernal III (Tara), Amber Kildow (Cody), Shelby Growe (Anthony) and Christopher Bernal; her great grandchildren, Christina Kildow, Chloe Kildow, Dominick Bernal, Maxton Growe and Finley Growe; and her nieces and nephews, Jackie Arnold and Rodney Arnold. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
