She is survived by: her sons, Robert Wayne (Izetta) of Poplar Bluff and Michael David Fortenberry (Susan) of Poplar Bluff; her husband Cook Fortenberry; her children, Mary Louise Hayes and Gary Lynn Fortenberry; her grandchildren, Susan Goller and Curtis Whitlock; her siblings, Lawrence Ralph, James Vorwark and Francis Graham; and her parents, Julius Vorwark and Mabel Vorwark (Kueck). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
