She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond W. Frazier and Helen Elsie Frazier (Collins); and her siblings, Lester Frazier, Harvey Frazier, Bob Frazier and Wilma Godwin.
She is survived by: her spouse Duard Elvis Mattingly; her sons, David Allen Mattingly (Connie) of Piedmont and Roger Elvis Mattingly (Heather) of Poplar Bluff; and her sisters, Judy C. Hancock of Poplar Bluff, Patsy Raymer of O'Fallon, Evelyn Blair, Georgia May Spradling, Peggy June McGowen, Betty Beck and Wanda Frazier. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
