He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Meadows and Katherine Meadows (Chapin); and his brother Bud Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Pam Meadows of Poplar Bluff; his children, Steve Meadows (Deanna) of Michigan, Sharon Meadows of Michigan, Debbie Broadwater (Kim) of Michigan, Dyanne Woody (Marty) of Michigan, Becky Gratton (John) of Dudley, Tracy Peters of Puxico and Tammy Ham (Doug) of Poplar Bluff; his sister Sharon Hill (Bill) of Kansas; and his sister-in-law Janet Meadows of Dudley. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren, and many family and friends.
