She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lloyd and Eula Mae Adams Butler; her husbands, Henry, Stafford and John Stanley West Sr.; and her brother Burke Butler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Lamb (Richard) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Cindy Wells (Larry) of Poplar Bluff, MO and Wendy Jones (Allan) of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Joshua Wells (Megan) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Jacob Wells (Travanti) of Poplar Bluff, MO, Mallory Meyr (Chad) of Jackson, MO, Weston Jones of Jonesboro, Lauren Kiefner (Joseph) of Oklahoma City, OK, John Henry Jones of Jonesboro and Allie Jones of Jonesboro; and her brother Bill Butler (Jeanie). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Johnston Cemetery or the Reyno First Baptist Church.
