He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Gooch Hall. He is survived by: his father Marshall Hall; his son Levi Scott McCauley; his stepdaughter Tessa McCauley of Stillwater, OK; and his siblings, Jamie Mangum of Oxford, NC, Elizabeth Hicks of Henderson, NC, Tammy Bench of Stillwater, OK and James Turner of Poplar Bluff. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
