He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Mary Clayton Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Clara Elizabeth "Liz" Morgan; his children, Dana Swiney of Jefferson City, Darrell Louis Thacker (Jackie) of Malden and Douglas Bryan Gatewood (Debbie) of Poplar Bluff; his grandchildren, Samantha Gatewood, Dustin Gatewood, Devin Gatewood, Dalton Gatewood and Joshua Thacker; and his siblings, Cecil Thacker, Gail Moore of Texas, Janice Parks, Bill Thacker, Jr., Charlie Thacker, Bob Thacker and Don Thacker.
