He is survived by: his mother Wanda Plemmons-Bean of St. Charles, MO; his daughters, Amy Young (Richard) of Farmington, MO, Candace "Candie" Fowler (Tony) of Temple, TX and Jony Plemmons-Labrado (Jon Cruz) of Killeen, TX; his sisters, Sandra Plemmons of Poplar Bluff, MO, Linda Brister (Bryan) of Saint Charles, MO and Nancy Lee of Pocahontas, AR; his significant other Darlene Reed of Poplar Bluff, MO; and his grandchildren, Ashley Hacker, Jimmy Hacker, Eli Fowler and Jade Labrado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
