He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hampleman and Meta Pearl Opperman Hampleman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn K. Rogacki; his children, Sherry Lynn Altenburg (John Paul) of Edmond, OK and Jamze Hampleman (Carmen) of Poplar Bluff; and his granddaughter Jordyn Altenburg.
