He is survived by: his parent Cordelia Weaver (Northcut); his spouse Mary Jo Parnell; his children, Ryan Alan Weaver of Houston, Texas and Miranda Weaver Smith of Houston, Texas; and his sister Sandra Conway of Doniphan.
