He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Gray and Emmett Gray; and his siblings, George Gray, Effie Anderson and Blanch Green.
He is survived by: his sibling Oaks Baptist Church; his wife Ceal; his children, Dooley Gray (Sandy) of Qulin and Debbie Shirley of Kennett; his brothers, Frank "Doc" Gray (Sarah) and Ardell Gray (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Angie Herren (Billy), CeAnn Clubb, Chris Quaite (Amanda), Jason Lutes and Jasper Shirley. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
