We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2018, at the age of 72, Thomas Carter Sr. (Poplar Bluff, Missouri), born in Lebanon, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Terry Dunkin; and his sisters, Dorothy Carter, Delores Carter and Sylvia Carter. He is survived by: his children, Michael Carter (MaryAnn), Troy Carter (Brandi) and Thomas Carter Jr.; his wife Kelly Broyles; his daughter Angie Gilliam; his brother Ed Carter (Ann); his significant other Rick Gilbert (Tina); and also, Jerry Broyles, Jack and Sassy.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Fowler-Sullivan Funeral Home.
