He is survived by: his spouses, Kimberly Hicks and Kim House; his children, Tyler House of Malden, MO, Chandler House of Malden, MO, Amber Brown of Dyersburg, TN and Britinni McDuff (Erin) of Jonesboro, AR; his granddaughter Claire McDuff; his father Chuck House of Wappappello, MO; and his sister Lana Nance of Greenville, IL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
