He is survived by: his parents, Tony Rouse I and Sheila Chase (Rouse); his wife Regina Cates; his stepchildren, Amanda Cates, Joshua Collins (Alicia), Kenneth Collins (Heidi), Demetrie Wright, Anthony Rouse and Nathan Wright; and his siblings, Tina Rouse, Wendy Husky, Tommy Rouse, Edward Rouse and Eric Rouse.
