She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Fisher Harwell; her spouse Edward Harold Carter; her children, Bert Thomas Carter (Faye Ella), Susan Patterson and Debra Colter (Gary); her grandchildren, Janna Gayle Carter of Poplar Bluff and Tyler Edward Patterson of Poplar Bluff; her siblings, Fred Harwell Jr. (Merle) of San Antonio, Betty Pyle of Poplar Bluff, Barb Lundry (Lonnie) of Poplar Bluff, Lana Adair (Richard) of Poplar Bluff and Darlene McCoach (David) of Poplar Bluff; and her sister-in-law Shirley S. Harwell of Poplar Bluff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
