He is survived by: his spouse Crickett Powell (Moore); his father Elder Cletis Powell; his children, Renee Dawn Weatherby (Rus), Cletis Wayne Powell Jr., Nicole Gelene McDaniel (Sam), Maria Dawn Powell, Auzariah Powell, Carlton James Powell and Matthew Powell; and his siblings, Kenneth Douglas Powell (Cheri), Rick Powell (Dianne), Phillip Powell and Daurice Spencer (Leon). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews.
