He was predeceased by: his son Michael William Collins; and his brothers, Junior Collins, Wayne Collins and Robert Collins. He is survived by: his children, Tina Lampston (Alvin) of Poplar Bluff and Darren Collins of Poplar Bluff; and his siblings, Helen Crawford of Oxly and Ray Collins of Oxly, Missouri.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
