He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. Cissell and Winona I. Cissell. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Cissell; his sons, Russell Cory Cissell (Mary) and Bradley Spray; his brother Dr. Michael F. Cissell (Susan); his sibling's children, Dawn Gioia (Anthony) and Steven Cissell; his granddaughters, Crystal Reed (Matt) and Sierra (John Konys); and his great grandchild Samuel Russell Cissell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
