It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Carmichiel of Portageville, Missouri, born in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thurman Thompson and Maggie Thompson; her husband David Carmichiel; her grandson Damon Thompson; and her siblings, Jimmy Thompson, Joe Frank Thompson, Thurman "Pop" Thompson, Betty Huskey and Willie Ashburn.

She is survived by : her children, Chris Thompson (Amy) of Eagle Butte, SD, Jeffery Thompson (Stephanie) of Portageville, MO, LaDonna Smith (Wesly) of Keiser, AR and Ashley Hines of Tyronza, AR; and her siblings, David Thompson of Marie, AR, Jerry Dale Thompson of Bassett, AR and Sara Cooper (Ricky) of Las Vegas, NV.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
