It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Luper of Princeton, Missouri, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Arthur Monroe Glen and Reva Irene Luper (Hart); his wife Donna Kay Clark; his children, Michael Tracy Luper and Kimberly Kay Hertzog; his grandsons, Lukus Hertzog (Justina Pifer), Colton Hertzog (Sarah) and Chance Hertzog; and his brothers, Jerry Luper (Vickie) of Princeton, MO, Jack (Margie), Clint Luper and Trenton. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
