She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester H. Laughlin and Sarah M. Laughlin (Liles); her spouse Reverend Howard Leasure; her brother Floyd Laughlin; and her granddaughter Kymberly Leasure.

She is survived by : her children, Wayne Leasure (Alice) of Kirksville, MO, Mark Leasure (Jackie) and Cathy Arndt (Bill) of Princeton, MO; her grandchildren, Kelly, Joshua Wayne, Billy, Jeremy, Joshua Mark, Caleb and Daniel; her brother Stanley Laughlin (Phyllis) of Fairfield, IA; and her sister-in-law Jeanie Laughlin of Fairfield, IA.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
