She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lewis and Rose Lewis (Ash); her husbands, Doyle Constable and Jerry McIntosh; and her siblings, Olin, Kermit, Dean Lewis and Betty Chaney.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Constable (Karla) of Cameron, MO, Tommy Constable of Spickard, MO and Leslie "Sandy" Constable (Terry) of Platte City, MO; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Constable (Eric), Loni Mann (Jarrod), Tess Humpal (Greg), Sierra Heun (Cory) and Taylor Constable (Shaun). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
