He is survived by: his parents, Edward Hale and Ethel Mae Hale (Warren); his spouse Della Fern Powell; his sister-in-law Martha Murrell of Linneus; his sibling's children, Gloria Swalley (Daryl) of Jamesport, Cheryl Rogers of Odessa, Betty Schappaugh (Roger) of Palmyra, Marjorie Kilgore (Bob) of Albany, Oregon, John Murrell (Susie) of Linneus and Marian Brown of New Port, Oregon; his sister Anita Strange; and his sibling's children, Steve Brown and Barbara Brown. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and other relatives.
