He is survived by : his parent Robert Hurley; his wife Gina; his daughters, Taylor Hurley of Queen City, MO and Emily Hurley of Queen City, MO; his mother Glenda Oliver of Queen City, MO; his stepfather Robert Oliver of Queen City, MO; his brother Kevin Cassiday (Charity) of Indiana; his parents-in-law, Anna Browning (Glenn) of Kirksville and Sonny Findling of Kirksville; his brother-in-law Lathan Findling of Kirksville; and also, Rufus and Lucy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Richard is survived by his wife, Gina; two daughters, Taylor and Emily Hurley of Queen City, MO; his mother and step father, Glenda and Robert Oliver of Queen City, MO; one brother, Kevin Cassiday and wife Charity of Indiana; his mother-in-law, Anna Browning and husband Dr. Glenn of Kirksville; his father-in-law, Sonny Findling of Kirksville; one brother-in-law, Lathan Findling of Kirksville; his beloved dogs, Rufus and Lucy; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
