He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Foley; his children, Vernon Foley, Jr. of Willard, Missouri, Vickie Foley of Blue Springs and Shelly Smith (William) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; his significant other Nancy Jenkins; and his brother Jim Foley (Dottie) of Norborne, Missouri. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, other relatives and many, many friends.
