It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neal Douglas Smith of Raytown, Missouri, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Cecil William Smith. He is survived by: his mother Lena Bell Smith (Sears) of Kansas City, MO.; his wife Penny Smith (Massie); his children, Allison Weaver (Larry), Nicholas Smith (Claire) and Ryan Smith; and his sister Cindy Kirn (Joe). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Foundation for Transplants in memory of Neal Smith.
