Jackie Chapman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Chapman (Rayville, Missouri), who passed away on April 5, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Willetta; and his siblings, Jerry Chapman and Annette Chapman. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Chapman (Cindy) of Wheeling, Paula Chapman-Fagan (David) of Kansas City, MO, Randy Chapman (Connie) of Millville and Robert Chapman (Lisa) of Kansas City, KS; and his sisters, Helen Sheehan and Jeanie Machetta. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
