He was predeceased by: his father Carl Chester Smith; and his sister Shirley Carter. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Smith; his daughters, Tina Titus and Lisabeth Mann; his mother Ivalene Sweeney; and his siblings, Huray Smith, William Smith, Jimmy Smith, Carolyn Rea, Mary Russell, Teresa Joslen, Pattie Fletchall and Debbie Kile. He is also survived by three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
