It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Margaret Parks of Reeds, Missouri, born in Jasper, Missouri, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McDonald and Florence McDonald (Taylor); her husband Cecil Parks; and her son Victor. She is survived by: her daughter Neia Talley. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
