He is survived by: his mother Mary Merrell (Harmon); his wife Judith Merrell of Republic; his children, Dakota, Dalton Ariel and Alyxandria; and his siblings, Arthur Merrell II of Republic, Gary Merrell of Alabama, Sandra Mack of Milton, Bobby Jones (Christy) of Pensacola and Larry Merrell of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
