He is survived by: his parents, Walker Carter and Michelle Carter; his siblings, Robert Carter, Arianna Williams, Ethan Carter, Evelyn Carter, Nate Carter, Thomas Carter and Matthew Carter; his niece Arya Carter; and his grandparents, Connie Duncan of Slaton, TX, Jimmy, Karen Duncan of Lubbock, TX, Sue, Bob Pilla of Anniston, AL, Ralph and Janice Carter of Abilene, TX. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and many friends.
