He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Alex Rice and Mary Elizabeth Durham Billingsley; his wife Sandra Billingsley of Rich Hill, Missouri; his children, Jim Billingsley of Gardner, Kansas and Laura Knight of Oneida, Kentucky; his brother Tom Billingsley of Omaha, Nebraska; and his grandchildren, Arielle, Alexis, Austin and Mackenzie. He was also cherished by two great-grandchildren.
