She is survived by: her husband Martin Chastain; her daughters, Linda Sutton (James) of Richland, Missouri and Marla Hankins (Skip) of Richland, Missouri; her grandchildren, Melissa Stradt (Jonathan) of Richland and Marty Hankins (Steven) of Waynesville, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Kelsea, Rylea and Kailyn; her great great grandchildren, Rebekah, Samuel and Anslee; and her brothers, Carl Pruett of Richland and Elmer Wasmer (Donna) of Lebanon, Missouri.
A memorial to Flatwoods Cemetery has been established and donations may be made throught the funeral home.
