He is survived by : his wife Mary Louise Willbanks; his sister Vonda June Blakely of Bryant, Arkansas; his stepson Keith Maycock of Riverside, California; and his granddaughter Nicole Maycock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
