He is survived by: his mother Wilma Dean Lombard (Royer) of Monett, Missouri; his close friend Callie Reed of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; his children, Dustin Lombard of Wheaton, Missouri, Tabitha Lombard of Morehouse and Angela Farmer (Jeremiah) of Pierce City, Missouri; his sisters, Kathy Eden of Monett, Kelli Adams (Rick) of Wheaton and Susan Weston (Jeremy) of Monett, Missouri; his grandchildren, Gairon, Kellie, Tiara, Sara, Tori, Joey, Brianna, Brian, Ethan, McKayla and Rian; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Blakeleigh, Elizabeth, Octavia and Olivia.
