It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettie Hickman (Rogersville, Missouri), born in Mountain Home, Arkansas, who passed away on July 2, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, David, Lucy Byrd, Benjamin and Florence Lamb; her parents, Freddie Byrd of Mountain Home and Marie Byrd of Mountain Home; and her sister Martha Lee Byrd.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Hickman of Willard; her children, Darrell Hickman (Carolyn) of Springfield, Christine Porter (Steve) of Rogersville, Debra Shelton (Chris) of Springfield, Kim and Ron Stayce of Springfield; her grandchildren, Ty Porter (Amy) of Cabool, Chad Porter (Kayla) of Rogersville, Justin Hickman (Jill) of St. Charles, Traci Woodiel (Rick) of Springfield, Tina Hickman of Springfield and Katie Hickman of Springfield; and her siblings, Emogene Martin (Bob) of Mountain Home and Ben Byrd (Clem) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
