He was predeceased by: his parents, Etcyl Souder and Francis Souder (Walker); his son Jesse; his siblings, H. D. Cole and Betty Tate; and his granddaughter Alicia Davis.
He is survived by: his son James (Melinda Souder); his wife Betty; his grandchildren, Billy, Nathan, Kymberlee, Haylee, Brittinie and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Jr., Jeremy Dan, Jesse, Randall, Gary, Xzavior, Jeannie and Lucas. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Due to the current health crisis with Covid-19 a come-and-go time to honor Bill will be held on Tuesday, April 21st from 8:30 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
