He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Francis Singer, Sr. and Mary Ethel Singer (Stuart). He is survived by: his sister Mary Emma; his sons, William Singer, MD and Robert Singer, MD; his sister Sandra Hoover; and his sisters-in-law, Derrolynn Weller (Dick) and Barbara McCardle.

The family request memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Southwest of Southwest Missouri, 3161 W Norton Rd, Springfield, MO 65803.
