He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pennell and Dorothy Pennell (Ferree); and his son Danny. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Mike Pennell (Connie), Gary Pennell (Ann) and Lori Stauffer (Chad); his siblings, Francis Smith (Bob) and Glenn Pennell (Louise); his grandchildren, Ryan Pennell (Jennifer) and Kaitlen Chafin; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Aubree, Rylan and Adelyn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
